Bars And Casinos
Casinos have to deal with a multitude of problems that create a challenging environment. Considering the fact that people are going to these establishments for entertainment, it would be very constructive for casinos and bars to mitigate the problems below to improve the experience of their patrons.
- Lots of electrical activity and lighting take oxygen out of the atmosphere;
- Constant drinking and smoking creates a very bad atmosphere
- Food and drinks are spilled regularly on carpeting which traps odors
- There is a regular flow of new customers entering the casino and that means a regular flow of bacteria from people with colds, flu, viruses, etc.
- It is a highly stressful environment with a shortage of oxygen because of the lighting (as mentioned above) and the high numbers of people. When people don't have enough fresh air they get tired. When people get tired they go home.
- All of the above problems are magnified by the fact that casinos are open 24/7 every day.
Active oxygen
would be implemented in a casino through an installation in the Heating,
Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system. The PrO Activ Ox™ HVAC units are installed
behind the circulator in the duct work of the casino. Active oxygen is
distributed throughout the casino providing a constant supply of highly charged oxygen to counteract the drain from the overhead fluorescent lighting. The
constant flow of active oxygen will oxidize the smoke in the air and neutralize
the smoke odors as well as the alcohol odor. The active oxygen will take the odor and
bacteria out of the carpeting and on all surface areas throughout the casino.
Having a constant supply of active oxygen will energize everyone in the casino
or bar and they will feel good. Employees of the casino will also feel better
and therefore be more alert and productive in their jobs, improving the overall
customer service delivered by the casino.
