Sanitizing Food

Using water bubbled with active oxygen to spray fruits, vegetables, and other surfaces will completely sanitize them. This is a tremendously cost effective way for the food industry to prevent contamination. It is estimated that worldwide 5% to 10% of all food goes to waste because of contamination.

Eliminating Harmful Bacteria
Active oxygen is produced by our products to purify the air and to sanitize food and surfaces through either water or air. In both air and water, active oxygen kills bacteria  and other harmful microorganisms, like Salmonella, E. coli, Listeria, Mold, Mildew, Fungi, Mycotoxins, Streptococcus, and Staphylococcus! This has been validated by independent lab tests which are summarized on our home page. These tests are  available upon request.

Purifying The Air
PrO Activ Ox™ spreads active oxygen everywhere sanitizing every surface it touches. For example, active oxygen is very effective for mold. Active oxygen can also be used in produce storage coolers and supermarkets to eliminate the bacteria and microorganisms on produce, saving the food industry millions of dollars every year. It is also very safe for humans and animals to breathe; in fact, asthmatics have reported great relief from their condition utilizing active oxygen.

Testimonials:

"We used the [active oxygen] unit in our cooler with a fresh rack of strawberries. Much to our delight the strawberries lasted over two weeks without any mold, mildew or discoloration. (normally mold starts in a couple of days) We were so impressed we decided to buy six for our large cooler."

"We tested your active oxygen air purifier and have observed that the unit prevents the formation of mold on fresh strawberries kept under ordinary household refrigeration. Berries kept without the unit in the refrigerator molded in three to four days to the point of 70% destruction.

Berries kept well for 14 days when the unit was placed in the refrigerator, no mold formed.. We feel that the unit may have other applications in the biology lab and we will continue to investigate its further usefulness."
